Sentinel Password Generator is an application written entirely in VB.NET that is capable of generating random passwords. Sentinel Random Generator's main features include: create random passwords of up to 40 characters in length (minimum of 4 characters long). Create up to 25000 passwords at a time.

Create random or custom character distributions for the password so you can define how many of each type of character (lower case, upper case, numeric, and special characters) each password will contain. Passwords do not include ambiguous characters (i.e. "L", "I", or "1").

This can be overridden to use a specific seed causing the application to generate the same password set over and over again (not recommended for normal use as generating the same passwords over and over again is not generally a good idea)
