You can scroll screen up so that your viewers can view the text at bottom.
Enlarge any part of screen. For example if you have slide which has 5 diagrams, you can zoom up any of diagram and explain each diagram in more detail.

As a result, next time when you design your power point slides, you do not need to care too much about the size of your font or what contents you need to put in one slide.
