eMail2Pop is a program for subscribers of America Online and Gmail that allows users to manage email from other mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora Email, and other POP3 compliant email programs, instead of having to use AOL's and Gmail's proprietary email systems.

eMail2Pop converts AOL mail into a standard mail format.

This means that AOL users can retrieve their e-mail from their favorite e-mail client (such as Microsoft Outlook®, Eudora®, Incredimail®, etc) instead of using AOL's proprietary mail interface.

eMail2Pop also includes a powerful integrated spam filter.

eMail2Pop is independent of the AOL software program and does not require AOL to be installed for most users. The eMail2Pop Wizard will walk first-time users through setting up their e-mail program to manage AOL e-mail.

The integrated spam filter is very customizable, using features such as whitelists and blacklists, online blacklist checking, and self-teaching Bayesian analysis.

New User Installation Instructions:

· Download eMail2Pop Full Installation
· When prompted by your web browser, save eMail2PopSetup.exe to any directory on your hard disk, or select Run from Current Location to discard the installation file after installation.
· Once the download is complete, run eMail2PopSetup.exe from the location where you saved the file.
· Follow the on screen instructions to install eMail2Pop. Restart your computer when prompted.
· When eMail2Pop loads up, you should see the eMail2Pop Wizard with step-by-step instructions which will assist you in setting up your mail client. Also check out the eMail2Pop Help File for detailed setup information and information on how to use eMail2Pop's advanced mail features.
