WikiTalk TL is a program for Wikipedia users to make Searches from Wikipedia and to Speak the search result.

Wikitalk contains the talking head for incrise plausibility. WikiTalk TL also controls Internet Explorer and shows the founded page by IE.

It speaks Wikipedia content by several different languages. It works together with Internet Explorer.

You can make voice books from wikipedia by WikiTalk Text to wav option.
Text to wav option works in background so user can use Wikitalk TL or other programs during Text to wav execution. You can convert wav files to mp3.

WikiTalk is planned so that persons with limited sense of sight can use it by keyboard as easy as possible

WikiTalk TL needs an Internet connection to work. WikiTalk TL is free for not commercial use
